Mental health disorders associated with COVID-19 are classified among mental health disorders related to another medical condition. Studies conducted during this phase of the pandemic indicate that a high percentage of individuals experience mental health symptoms both during and after recovery from the illness.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Patients who have recovered from COVID-19 have experienced:<\/p>

\u2022 Insomnia \u2013 42%
\u2022 Difficulty concentrating \u2013 38%
\u2022 Anxiety \u2013 36%
\u2022 Memory difficulties \u2013 34%
\u2022 Depressed mood \u2013 33%
\u2022 Confusion \u2013 28%<\/p>

In the general population during the COVID-19 pandemic, the following have been observed:<\/p>

\u2022 Anxiety disorders \u2013 29%
\u2022 Depression \u2013 9\u201317%
\u2022 Irritability \u2013 8\u201312%
\u2022 PTSD symptoms \u2013 7%<\/p>

2. Children<\/strong><\/p>

\u2022 Symptoms of anxiety and depression \u2013 20%
\u2022 Two-thirds reported concerns about becoming infected.<\/p>

3. Healthcare Workers<\/strong><\/p>
